Responsibilities

Support efforts to assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.

Research, gather and synthesize information into Plain Language.

Develop requirements based on input from project stakeholders including Assembler developers and business tax consultants.

Maintain requirements in requirements tool.

Analyze and design business processes and services.

Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required with three (3) or more years of related experience. An additional four (4) years of related experience may substitute for degree

US citizenship or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3+ years, and be Federal Tax compliant required

Ability to pass and maintain an IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)

Must possess an understanding of business tax codes

Familiarity with Agile Methodologies

Demonstrated experience identifying business needs and activities and ensuring that relevant processes are optimized, effective, and meet customer requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels

Excellent time management

Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
