Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, SMEs, and technical teams to elicit and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Assist in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and LPIs to monitor project performance and business impact.

Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, ADO.

Experience in Banking domain.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize task in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in process design tools like Visio.

Expertise in Testing tools and Data Analysis tools
