Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand detailed business needs.
Analyze and validate requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop process maps, flowcharts, and models to illustrate current and future state processes.
Recommend and implement solutions to enhance business operations and increase efficiency.
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Utilize data visualization tools to present data in an easily understandable format.
Work closely with IT and development teams to design and evaluate potential solutions.
Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies to support solution recommendations.
Ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with strategic objectives.
Prepare detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
Ensure effective communication of requirements to development teams and other stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings and presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment and understanding of project goals.
Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
Participate in project status meetings and provide updates on progress and issues.
Develop test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Identify and resolve defects and issues during testing phases.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.
Gather feedback and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Proactively recommend enhancements and optimizations to drive ongoing business process improvements.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business processes and data analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling and data analysis.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with data visualization tools
Proficiency in communication tools such as email, video conferencing, and collaboration platforms.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote operations (if applicable).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
