Responsibilities
Develop and refine forecast models focused on supply chain and field services management.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to assess business operations and outcomes.
Offer strategic guidance to organizational leaders.
Lead business process improvement initiatives.
Mentor team members in the areas of: Business process analysis, design, negotiation, documentation and implementation, Project Management, Technical Writing, Data analysis.
Review and edit executive presentations for teams in Warehouse, Dispatch, Production, and Field Services.
Analyze business data to uncover the root causes of operational challenges.

Proficient in standard MS Office tools.
5 plus years of experience in diverse business environments including project work and service delivery.
AAS or bachelor’s degree in business, technology or equivalent training and experience.
