Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and discussions to identify needs.
Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop process models and workflows to ensure optimal performance.
Partner with IT and development teams to design and implement effective solutions.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, business requirements documents (BRD), and user stories.
Maintain a repository of all project documentation.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
Communicate project updates and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Develop test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
Create and deliver performance reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
Use data analysis to identify trends and recommend strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.
