Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend solutions to optimize processes.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
Solution Design: Work closely with development teams to design and validate solutions that meet business needs.
Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, and user stories.
Testing & Validation: Participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet requirements and function as intended.
Project Support: Provide ongoing support during project implementation and address any issues or changes as they arise.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
3-8 years of experience in a business analysis role.
Strong understanding of business processes, project lifecycles, and software development methodologies.
Proficient in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and other documentation tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with data analysis using SQL or Excel is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) is advantageous.
