Responsibilities
Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Gather and interpret data to generate insights that inform decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic solutions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and project performance.
Support project management efforts and ensure project goals are met on time.

Required
Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
Proven experience in a Business Analyst role or similar, with strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI software).
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
Experience with project management tools is a plus.
