Responsibilities

Meet with business stakeholders to understand and document data needs.

Learn and become proficient in PCS's data structure.

Define requirements for reports and data projects.

Communicate and prioritize requirements for effective collaboration.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries.

Utilize Power BI for data visualization.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Collaborate with data engineers and Power BI developers.

Provide guidance to development and business teams.

Help prioritize work of overseas teams.

Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks.

Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.

Required

Have a bachelor's degree in business analytics, information systems, computer science or related field

Have at least 2 years of experience in defining requirements for data-related technical solutions

Project management experience in delivering programs of varying levels of complexity

Are proficient in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries

Have experience with Power BI and creating data visualizations

Are team players, able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the organization

Have strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills

Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

Are owners
