Responsibilities

Own the delivery of a portfolio of technology solutions for the business.

Collaborate with team leads and managers across PCS business functions to understand process needs and implement system improvements that support those processes.

Work with business stakeholders to understand, document, communicate and prioritize the organization's requirements.

Collaborate with functional business analysts, system-specific functional leads, and others to design technology solutions.

Provide guidance to development and business teams during the build and implementation phases of solution delivery.

Actively help prioritize the work of overseas teams to manage the delivery of in-flight projects.

Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues and decisions throughout the full lifecycle of delivering technology solutions.

Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, collaborating across technical and business teams to manage outcomes.

Required

Have a bachelor's degree in business analytics, information systems, computer science or related field

Have at least 2 years of experience in defining requirements for technical solutions for end users of software products and applications

Project management experience in delivering programs of varying levels of complexity

Experience with ERPs (Netsuite is a plus) and/or experience with enterprise integration platforms

Are team players, able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the organization

Knowledgeable in EDI, JSON and XML for data integration and file exchange protocols

Have strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills

Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

Are owners

Are continually raising the bar

Are sincerely open-minded and are willing to examine their strongest convictions with humility

Nurture and embrace differing perspectives to make better decisions
