Responsibilities
Lead the planning and requirements gathering phases including estimate, architect, manage projects and deliver.
Evaluate user requests for business process automation for Court Management System to determine feasibility.
Leads requirements gatherings, participates in team design meetings, daily scrum meetings, and works hand in hand with development teams and leads the program office focused meetings.

Required
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience supporting major IT Court Management System
Experience with JIRA
Experience with MS Visio
5 years of Business Analyst experience
1 year of experience in Federal or Government
1 year of experience with Court Management System
