Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between customers and internal development teams, managing multiple projects related to goods transportation and shipping.

Gather and analyze requirements from customers; perform gap, scope creep, fulfillment, and realization analysis.

Propose project plans and technical solutions using extensive knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).

Prepare detailed project documentation and provide testing support.

Run SQL queries, access databases, and ensure process efficiency across projects.

Conduct quality assurance testing for application upgrades before production release.

Lead and coordinate internal and external meetings to establish objectives and agendas.

Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver optimal solutions.

Required

Project management or business analysis experience in logistics.

Extensive expertise in EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Ability to run queries, access databases, and perform basic programming.

Preferred

Working knowledge of XML.

Experience with project management tools like Jira.

Familiarity with Agile methodology.
