Responsibilities

Work in both the macro and micro aspects of problem solving with data

Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports, data files, and performance indicators to expose and plan corrections to code or data problems

Pro-active evaluation of client performance to identify opportunities or production support issues

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in large, complex data sets

Prepare clear, insightful, and actionable recommendations on findings from analyses within the short implementation timelines

Assist with qualitative and quantitative research projects and analysis (prototype testing, leaderboard ranking, production analytics)

Develop, test, and implement application rules to ensure quality code sets as well as improve automation for new and existing clients

Work with the Implementation team to ensure customer quality and workflow requirements are addressed

Documentation of the analysis and recommendations for new implementations and optimization opportunities for existing clients

Provide data analytic support to the Machine Learning and Product teams. (If ML or Product teams have questions about customers or working on research project, Data analyst can assist in pulling data and doing the analysis)

Support the Coding Quality team with requested reporting for quality initiatives, implementation, and optimization CQA projects
