Responsibilities

Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function.

Identify problem statement and approach to analysis.

Ability to extract required data, clean and prepare in required format.

Statistical analysis to identify underlying patterns, trends, and root cause.

Responds to data requests from Health Plans and teams.

Ability to extract required data, clean and prepare in required format.

Critical thinking to problem solves based on data needs.

Conducts data exploration and analysis, identifying patterns, relationships and trends that will improve efficiencies around processes and productivity.

Create data visualization presentations (charts/graphs/dashboards).

Prepare reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Collaborate with other IMRO leadership and other areas to understand data needs.

Required

Skills-Amisys/Xcelys data structure knowledge required

SQL – 3+ years is required

Advanced Excel, Report Building

Golden is required

Communication, time management, prioritization, project management, collaboration

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access

Experience with developing documentation for business work processes, process flows and call flows and provide subsequent training, if necessary

Preferred

Project management experience is preferred

4+ years of business process and analysis experience is highly preferred
