Responsibilities

Design and configure core Human Resources (HR) and payroll capabilities within Workday.

Manage requirements and traceability.

Develop and execute test plans.

Handle defect management.

Analyze and design reports and interfaces.

Provide training support.

Conduct change impact analysis.

Administer Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.

Perform data conversion services.

Required

A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience performing business analysis and lead experience organizing, facilitating, and working with clients on business process reengineering and requirements analysis to support and manage functional and non-functional requirements and business rules.

Preferred

Must be actively certified in at least one (1) of the following certifications in one (1) project management methodology from an industry recognized certification organization.

Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

Program Management Professional (PMP) from the PMI

Actively certified in at least one (1) of the following certifications from an industry-recognized certification organization:

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) Certification

Certified Software Tester

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma
