Responsibilities

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and insights to inform product decisions.

Translate features into user stories.

Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.

Collaborate with technical teams to maintain detailed knowledge and specifications of product capabilities.

Drive and manage communication across teams.

Backlog Management: Create and prioritize the product backlog, detailing user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring that features align with the product vision.

Work with the development team to plan and prioritize releases, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered in a timely manner.

Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders into the product development process.

Ensure the delivered product meets the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.

Coordinate Sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.

Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.

Help build a productive environment for the team.

Required

5+ years of experience in analyzing business requirements in the following: Credentialing in healthcare related industry, VMS, workforce optimization and applicant tracking systems.

2+ years of experience as Scrum Master.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

Experience with Jira and Confluence is required.

Collaborative problem-solving skills.

Experience working with software engineering teams.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred.
