Responsibilities
Develop an organization-wide strategy to implement Agile project management.
Educate and train employees and teams on Agile methodology and techniques.
Evaluate and enhance stand-ups, sprint meetings, and overall communication for increased efficiency.
Coach managers and executives on Agile project management through workshops and one-on-one meetings.
Develop a strong understanding of organizational vision, strategy, and processes to identify areas of improvement.
Work with employees at all levels to provide hands-on support.
Identify, measure, and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress of Agile project management implementation.
Keep abreast of new industry developments, technologies, and tools.
Design and oversee educational workshops and training sessions.
Participate in recurring and ad-hoc meetings to facilitate discussion and build rapport.
Identify problem areas and effectively communicate information and recommendations to management.
Ensure Agile concepts and principles are adhered to.
Assist in communicating requirements to development personnel based on customer and Subject Matter Expert input.

Required
Candidate must be a US Citizen
Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain common access card (CAC)
Candidate Must Have 6 Years' Experience With the Following: Agile project management and assisting team on Agile methodology.
Experience with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Candidate must have 5+ years' experience with the following: Developing requirements from customers and Subject Matter Experts.
Experience with passing requirements to development personnel.
Preferred
Experience working in and leading a dispersed, remote team
Experience working with Agile tooling
Experience working on US Air Force IT Projects
Bachelor's degree
Certified Scrum Master Desired
