Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Develop functional design documentation, process workflows, and use cases.
Create and execute application test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform system testing and document defects using a defect-tracking tool.
Manage user acceptance testing and support stakeholders during the testing phase.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Provide workflow-related support and troubleshoot issues within ServiceNow applications.
Maintain and update documentation for both new and existing projects.

Required
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business analysis and application testing.
Proficiency in documenting requirements, generating traceability matrices, and creating workflows.
Demonstrated experience with defect tracking tools and test management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience supporting ServiceNow applications is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident and be eligible for a public trust clearance.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Certifications in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance are a plus.
