Responsibilities

Partner with business and IT team members to understand key business processes, application functions, and IT solution delivery processes.

Apply functional and process knowledge in story and test development to enable the development of quality systems with the optimal user experience.

Write Requirements, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Test Cases & Steps, and Perform system testing.

Assist developers with troubleshooting failures and improving current processes.

Assist the Product Manager with backlog management.

Contribute to and lead sprint and release reviews, release demos, and user documentation as needed.
