Responsibilities

Business Requirements Management and Solution Development

Develop and maintain an understanding of the processes, goals, requirements, and issues related to clients’ operational lines of business and supporting systems

Identify opportunities to accomplish project goals efficiently and cost-effectively

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements for software and process changes

Conduct user interviews, surveys, workflow reviews, and research on industry best practices

Critically evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from true needs

Utilize data analysis skills with enterprise tools such as Informatica, Ataccama, Collibra, etc.

Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with GCP/AWS/Azure, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, etc.

Extensive experience in data governance and data initiatives, defining Data Retention strategy, and acting as a point of contact for Business Subject Matter Experts and Technical Data Stewards

Business Requirements Management and Solution Development

Experience with data governance as a practice

Strong knowledge of GCP/AWS/Azure, Sql Server, Oracle, Snowflake, etc.

Data analysis skills with experience using enterprise tools such as Informatica, Ataccama, Collibra, and/or other metadata management tools

Experience with Delphix/Informatica or other data privacy/compliance tools

Extensive experience on data governance and data initiatives

Define Data Retention strategy and objectives while enabling business values

Act as the point of contact for Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Data Stewards, and Technical Data Stewards for enterprise data governance, data privacy, and data quality related questions/concerns
