Responsibilities
Strong technical skillset, including basic knowledge of AWS/cloud technology, database/backend architecture experience, experience documenting non-functional/technical requirements;
SQL experience a plus
7+ years of directly relevant experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis, preferably in a regulated environment;
Experience working in an Agile environment using SCRUM methodologies required; Experience compiling requirements into Jira and Confluence-based documentation as part of the release cycle
Skilled user of JIRA, Confluence, visualization/workflow diagramming tools (Lucidcharts), and MS Office required;
Experience developing healthcare systems in a HIPPA-compliant context; general knowledge of medical field pertaining to radiology is highly desirable
Experience with healthcare data submission, and complex healthcare systems and technology standard (such and EHR, HL7, FHIR, DICOM) are a plus
Experience with operational support for live software, i.e. reviewing/triaging tickets, managing Tier 1 tickets
Experience developing products (applications) on emerging platform technologies
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, and a solution-oriented mindset;
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills;
Ability to work successfully as both part of a team and individually, across multiple projects at once, and in a remote-first setting
Self-starter and self-learner mindset, works effectively in a remote-first environment
