Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Map current processes and identify areas for improvement.

Analyze data to uncover trends and insights that inform business decisions. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

Work with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business needs. Create functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.

Track project progress, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams. Facilitate meetings, communicate project status, and address risks and issues.

Continuously evaluate business processes to identify and implement improvements. Monitor the impact of changes and adjust as necessary.
