Responsibilities

Design and enable client’s content supply chain transformation including content creation, review and approval, digital asset management (DAM), claims management, and modular content.

Extend/Enhance usage of Veeva PromoMats capabilities with client to enhance Business performance and compliance consistently across enterprise

Create and coordinate a key user community with client stakeholders as required

Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements for Veeva PromoMats

Knowledge and domain capabilities to build and govern marketing material approval through the Veeva Vault platform

Expertise with process design and client requirements gathering, technical documentation of understanding, digital, and marketing intelligent workflows

Subject Matter Expert and/or Key users or Super Users role expertise for Veeva PromoMats & Vaults (including relevant certifications)

In-depth understanding of Veeva Vault System Requirements and Specifications

Excellent communication skills
