Responsibilities

Create, modify, maintain and schedule dashboards and workflows using various report writing tools.

Identify areas of potential business risk and communicate to appropriate leaders

Make recommendations for necessary changes on varying projects and processes.

Identify customer requirements, review testing plans, track and document development/results.

Analyze data to provide insightful and actionable insights.

Collaborate with key stakeholders including IT to address system upgrades, issues, and project related tasks as assigned.

Ability to perform complex root cause analysis to resolve potential workflow and database issues.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline or relevant IT experience.

3-6 years of experience with Alteryx and Tableau.

3-6 years of relevant analytics and/or reporting experience.

3-6 years of experience with ETL’s, Database structure, etc.

Knowledge of assigned specific software system or application.

Knowledge in Data Analytics and the ability to create data models.

Foundational technical writing and requirements skills.

Organizational and Facilitation skills.

Foundational interpersonal and consultation skills.

Foundational critical thinking skills.

Ability to work independently and break down and organize assigned work into workable tasks.

Ability to learn new systems, concepts and procedures.

Communication skills written and verbal.

Ability to collaborate across teams and work in a remote environment.

Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.

Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
