Responsibilities

Influence and implement CRO strategic priorities in close partnership with the CRO LT and business segments to design future state operations and experiences
Develop analytical models to generate insights that solve business problems for the CRO business and their partners
Act as a key thought partner for both the executive and their direct reports
Recruit and sustain a high perform analytics team capable of providing exceptional analytics and strategic insights to their primary executive partner organization in CX&OE
Leverage a data first approach to identify critical business trends and insights to make specific actionable recommendations to the business
Employ a range of analytical techniques to identify business opportunities and make strategic recommendations
Using a background of proven business acumen, make analytically grounded strategic recommendations to the business through clear and effective business cases
Leverage critical deck building skills, partnering with key executive stakeholders across the organization that leverage CX&OE insights to create compelling business case/ stories that influence outcomes with the most senior executives across the company
Role will partner close with Operations, Finance, and key business teams across the company. Individual will be a key partner for specific operations teams, acting as the resource for insights, data generation and strategic deck building.

2+ years leadership experienceSQL2+ years healthcare experienceConsulting experienceFinance skillsMA/degree

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related field
8+ years of relevant business, operations or analytical experience
2+ years of people leadership experience
2+ years of healthcare experience
Strong analytical and finance skills are required
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to present work products to senior executives

Preferred

MA/MBA degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering
At least 4 years of work experience in consulting or business analysis
Experience leveraging SQL in a business environment
