Responsibilities
Responsible for helping the assigned business segment meet goals.
Responsible for developing and executing change management plans for teams and their leaders as appropriate. Develop strong partnerships with training, document development, and communications teams.
Responsible for creating and executing contact strategy of Key Bank’s business banking prospects and clients
Develop and execute training and education for Virtual RMs and BBRMs, and guide training education for Retail Business Banking
Responsible for sales process interaction with other partner sales teams current features and functionality.
Drive projects end to end; prioritize multiple projects; manage to tight deadlines.
Proactively coach and guide the work of others; Serve as mentor within and beyond own team.
Drive strategy and execution of reinforcement mechanisms including incentive compensation programs.

Required
Demonstrated analytical, process management and conceptual skills.
Demonstrated ability to express complex concepts in terms that are understandable to the business partners, senior leaders, and the sales force.
Superior teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with support partners and influence a geographically diverse sales teams.
Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and processes of design thinking; ability to utilize the knowledge in enhancing process, products, and services, improving customer experiences, and finding operational efficiencies.
Strong understanding of Business Banking products, channels, and segment needs.
Strong Business management presentation and PowerPoint skills.
The ability to evaluate past performance for future insights, assess and validate options and predict their impact, and use effective critical thinking approaches, such as consulting, commanding, or obtaining consensus.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial services and demonstrated project management leadership skills, leading change management activities/programs, planning and executing large-scale, multi-functional projects from vision through implementation.
