Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Model Development: Advise on and refine our business model, focusing on strategies that drive profitability and scalability within the pet benefits sector.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential growth opportunities, assess market trends, and evaluate competitor landscape to maintain a competitive edge.

Partnership Development: Guide the development of partnerships with veterinary services, pet insurance providers, and other pet-related companies to enrich our benefit offerings.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Design effective go-to-market strategies for new services or benefits, helping us gain a strong foothold in our target markets.

Operational Optimization: Evaluate and optimize current operations, identifying areas for improved efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and client experience.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Advise on regulatory requirements and mitigate risks associated with providing pet-focused employee benefits.

Financial Modeling & Fundraising Support: Assist in financial modeling, budgeting, and potentially preparing for fundraising rounds as we grow.

Branding and Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop messaging that resonates with our unique audience, attracting both clients and their pet-loving employees.
