Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business data from Oracle EBS and other sources.
Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights for decision-making.
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
Provide support and training to end-users on data analysis tools and techniques.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validations.
Stay up-to-date with Oracle EBS updates and enhancements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and tools.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience working as a Business Data Analyst.
Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules and data structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle BI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Active Security Clearance is preferred.
