Responsibilities
Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, and MS products
Implement tools to translate raw data into business insights
Extract reports from multiple sources and report out company-wide metrics
Stay informed on industry trends to interpret data and improve performance
Assess progress on financial and operational benchmarks
Create recommendations for future action
Assist with business process improvement and automation projects
Analyze data in light of the company’s strategy and objectives
Partner with various stakeholders to better understand how data can assist decision-making

Required
Experience in data analysis and reporting; construction industry knowledge is a plus
Strong expertise in Excel, including advanced features. VBA is a plus
SQL Server database design, maintenance, and querying
Salesforce experience is a plus
Prior experience with working in ERPs. Great Plains is a plus
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills and business intelligence with a high attention to detail
Loves to get hands dirty by working alongside employees and partnering with other departments
Possesses a thirst for knowledge and driving determination to 'find a better way' to optimize problems. Views problems as an interesting challenge, not a hurdle
Has an urgent need to produce results, and does so as an in-the-trenches, roll-up-your-sleeves leader
