Responsibilities

Lead the business growth aggressively.
Pursue new customers who will benefit from the company's capabilities and proximity to the market as a premier on-shore contract manufacturer serving a low-to-medium volume, high-mix niche.
Analyzes market conditions and strategically improves the company's market position for financial growth.
Creates and implements a business development strategy to identify new business opportunities.
Builds customer relationships and negotiates and closes business deals.
Researches the competition and generates potential leads.
Gathers information on potential clients and builds client relationships.
Makes sales pitches and negotiates and closes business deals.
Responsible for delivery of sales quotas
Build partnerships with other companies.
Find ways to serve existing markets better and create marketing campaigns.
Maintains and tracks all related activities, leads, opportunities, and quotes within the CRM

Required

7+ years of experience as a business developer, preferably in medical devices, oil and gas, or industrial sales.
Credible and established network within the medical device, oil and gas, industrial, and/or aerospace industries.
Strong Experience with Contract manufacturing processes, understanding the objective of and how to sell and work in that kind of environment.
Demonstratable record of success in business development and customer acquisition.
Ability to effectively present information to Senior management and other groups.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Experience with CRM like Salesforce or Insightly.

Preferred

Preferably a Bachelor's degree.
