Responsibilities

Bring knowledge of Healthcare, EMR, Healthcare Providers, Healthcare Payer, Life Sciences business process, &/or Healthcare IT knowledge and delivery capability
Work well in collaborative environments.
Be highly motivated by delivering excellent services to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Lead a team of various business units to accomplish Partner Strategy.
Utilize Solutions Selling Experience
Use and leverage experience and creativity to design, propose and execute solutions for complex client problems in advanced business and technology environments.
Stay apprised of all CCSI products and services
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Required

2+ years experience in Channel Sales
5+ years of related experience in Healthcare Sales
Experience working with Google Suit
Experience working with Salesforce
Prior experience selling and delivering into Healthcare for an IT services consulting firm, service provider, software vendor, or Managed Solutions Organization
Strong relationships on the business side of Healthcare ideally with EMR/EHR Software Providers or System Integrators
Self-starter with strong communication skills, ability to capture a room and engage with C-level executives
Strategic thinker and problem solver

Preferred

1+ years of experience in a role with a heavy focus on prospecting / hunting /cold calling
1+ years on a commission model compensation plan
Experience working with HighSpot
Experience working with Gong
