Responsibilities
Conduct large group presentations daily to stakeholders, focusing on architectural firms and project decisionmakers.
Create and deliver engaging presentations that highlight INTUS product specifications and benefits.
Generate INTUS BOD (Basis of Design) projects monthly by effectively presenting and aligning with architectural firms.
Follow up with all presentation attendees to nurture relationships and solicit business.
Maintain certifications by completing AIA recertification processes as required.
Coordinate lunch and presentation logistics with the coordinator/scheduler to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Monitor and promote Revit design tool usage, ensuring it meets the needs of clients and integrates well with presentations.
Implement continuous feedback from stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of presentations and adjust content as needed.
Drive INTUS specifications by building deep relationships with architectural firms, securing a high probability of project adoption.
Maintain a high level of activity and visibility in the architectural community by attending industry events and conferences.
Track and report on presentation outcomes and project developments, ensuring alignment with company sales targets.
Assist in training new hires on presentation best practices, company products, and sales techniques.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the most current product information and project updates are reflected in presentations.
Regularly update presentation materials to ensure they reflect the latest industry trends and product advancements.
Adapt to changing project requirements and remain flexible to new priorities and client needs.
Performs other duties assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural sales, business development, or a similar role.
Ability to present complex information in an engaging and easily digestible manner.
Understanding of sales processes and experience in influencing purchasing decisions.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams.
In-depth understanding of INTUS products and how they benefit different architectural projects.
Able to modify presentations and strategies based on audience needs and industry trends.
Capable of managing multiple presentations and projects simultaneously.
Skilled in PowerPoint, Revit, and other presentation and design tools.
Able to negotiate project specifications and secure commitments.
Efficiently manages time to meet daily presentation goals and follow-up requirements.
Ensures that all materials and follow-ups are accurate and professional.
Maintains a high level of activity and continues pursuing leads until objectives are met.
Manages stress, rejection, and varying client responses with professionalism.
Articulates ideas clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communication.
Understands how to position INTUS products to meet client needs and solve project challenges.
Works well with internal teams to align efforts and maximize project success.
Ability to stand and deliver presentations for multiple hours per day.
Comfortable with travel to various client locations and events, occasionally requiring overnight stays.
Comfortable working in office and on-site environments, including outdoor events and trade shows.
Preferred
Experience working directly with architects or in a building materials environment.
Familiarity with Revit and CAD tools.
