Responsibilities
Learn and maintain a deep technical understanding of the Blend platform and our customers across mortgage and consumer banking
Distill a partner’s key business objectives, capabilities, and technical needs to understand areas of value
Consult with leading industry partners to diagnose complex problems and develop compelling data-driven partnerships and solutions
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus and execute on recommended solutions
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering

Required
7+ years of experience creating new growth opportunities in the role of business development, strategy, consulting, or technology
Outstanding ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts clearly and efficiently
Exceptional ability to build buy-in with internal and external stakeholder groups
Ability to think creatively about applying data and technology to solve business problems
Project management experience and the ability to balance multiple time-sensitive and cross-functional projects
Self-starter - comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty and can thrive in an unstructured environment
A track record of working in a fast-paced environment, setting your own demanding expectations, inspiring and supporting colleagues
Preferred
Experience working in enterprise SaaS industry
Knowledge of the mortgage industry
Knowledge of the consumer banking industry
