Responsibilities
Strategically identify and target new markets, industries, and customer segments.
Build and execute business plans to achieve long-term growth objectives.
Cultivate partnerships and foster strong, lasting relationships with current and potential customers.
Act as a technical expert to customers, providing detailed product recommendations and troubleshooting assistance.
Present product demonstrations and deliver technical insights that align with customer needs.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to tailor solutions for customer-specific challenges.
Lead customer conversations to uncover business challenges and align products or services to address them.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, quotes, and technical questions.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify areas of opportunity.
Develop targeted strategies to increase market penetration and product visibility.
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to influence product development and improvements.
Liaise with internal teams to align on customer requirements and ensure seamless execution.
Share key market insights to inform company strategies and decision-making processes.

Required
Strong ability to blend technical expertise with business acumen to drive sales and growth.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.
Proven track record in business development and/or technical sales, ideally in a related industry.
Solid understanding of product application, troubleshooting, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., QuickBooks).
Must be able to travel up to 25% (Domestically & International).
Minimum of 3-5 years in a technical sales, specialty chemical sales or business development role.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
