Responsibilities
Become highly proficient in environmental compliance and the industries you will target Partner with our Account Executives to build joint outreach strategies
Research target accounts and conduct highly personalized email and phone outreach
Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality meetings between our Account Executives and our target prospects
Generate prospect's interest by articulating the benefits of our environmental compliance platform
Partner with Marketing to deploy Account Based Sales / Account Based Marketing programs Help us iterate on our outbound prospecting playbook and run A/B testing on messaging that peaks customers’ attention
Leverage our extensive sales tech stack, track activity thoroughly in our CRM system, and document solid prospect background to ensure a high-quality transition into the sales process

Required
1-2 years experience as a top-performing BDR/SDR
Motivation to be a self-starter who is constantly learning and experimenting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others
Desire to be in a sales or customer-facing position for a technical product
Desire to work in a high-growth startup atmosphere in a remote-first setting
An analytical, result-oriented, collaborative and coachable mentality
Preferred
Experience at a growth-stage startup
Familiarity with environmental services
Empathetic and can clearly sympathize with pain points from multiple perspectives
Ability to pitch a vision and keep folks engaged
Appetite for knowledge and constantly learning from people
Environmentally curious or just curious in general, keeping up to date with the latest trends in the space
