Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales efforts, including cold calls, emails, and follow-ups, to engage prospective clients.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by researching and identifying target organizations.
Develop and foster relationships with clients in legal, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, projects, and initiatives to generate interest and drive conversions.
Attend in-person conferences, networking events, and other industry gatherings to represent ImmiTranslate and build connections.
Travel occasionally to meet with clients, present solutions, and nurture business relationships.
Provide feedback to the team to continuously improve services and customer experience.

Required
Professional written and verbal English communication is required.
Ability to travel as required for conferences, client meetings, and company events.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within a B2B environment.
Strong ability to prospect, identify opportunities, and close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to generating leads and meeting goals.
Preferred
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is helpful, but not required.
Passion for supporting language access and the immigration process is a plus.
Foreign language skills are helpful, but not required.
