Responsibilities

Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, industry & community outreach and social media.
Initiate contact with potential customers to present our products/services and establish rapport.
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the management team to provide support for closing deals, including drafting proposals, negotiating terms, and addressing customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to contribute valuable insights to the sales strategy.

Required

Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Proactive and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
A self-driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to achieve targets.
At least 5 or more years’ experience in business development / sales focused on IT & Non-IT Staffing / Consulting.
Willingness to Travel up to 25% of the time.
US Citizen, or US Permanent Resident Only. No Visa Sponsorship / OPTs etc.
