Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
Assist in preparing proposals, tender responses, and project plans as part of a coordinated team effort.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners as part of a collaborative team effort.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, such as customized solution demonstrations and case studies, tailored to meet the specific needs of current and potential clients.
Coordinate follow-ups and maintain detailed records of client interactions to support team objectives.
Help clients solve problems with installed equipment and recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
Work with the team to develop and refine business development strategies and sales plans under the strategic direction of the BDM.
Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure cohesive and effective strategy execution.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement business strategies.
Conduct comprehensive market research alongside the team to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the industrial automation sector.
Collaborate in evaluating potential markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships to support business growth.
Represent the company at key industry conferences, trade shows, and events, actively networking to expand professional contacts and promote our cutting-edge industrial automation solutions.
Update CRM, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Maintain performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Provide regular updates to BDM on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Required
Technical background in engineering
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
Understand the concept of Value-Added Engineering
Willingness to travel within North America, with a valid driver’s license and passport.
