Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing new business opportunities.
Responsible for developing and executing the overall business capture strategy for an approved pursuit of new or recompete opportunities including the Capture Planning, Execution and Orchestration of the Capture Team.
Duties include all attributes of a Capture Plan: Shaping, Strategy (Technical, Management, Facilities, Price, Innovation, etc.), Competition Assessment, Call Plan, Communications Plan, etc.
This requires the coordination with the entire Capture Team: Business Group, Business Development, Client Executives, Proposal Operations, Solution Team and enabling Organizations.
Corporate level presentation of the pursuit direction and status at Milestone, SCR and MCR meetings.
