Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach to generate new business opportunities within Enterprise level accounts
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our technology services, effectively communicate their benefits to clients, and address any technical questions or concerns
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas while maintaining impeccable integrity
Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline, track activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction

Required

Bachelor’s Degree required
Working knowledge of CRM, preferably HubSpot
Minimum of 5 years of proven successful experience in Enterprise sales, preferably in the technology industry
A “hunter mentality” and proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, and closing new business deals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Customer-Centric approach and a strong customer focus with the ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
