Responsibilities

Learning our sales methodology and clients.
Understanding and adhering to our sales process and presentation.
Sourcing and taking sales calls with prospects and existing clients and strategizing with them on starting or scaling their business and minimizing their taxes.
Attending regular meetings with the sales team for training opportunities.
Documenting all interactions with prospects and clients in our CRM in a format that is understandable and visible to all employees.
Is available most days from 8:30 am-5:30 pm local time to take calls.
Using both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and industry.
Developing individual action plans and strategies that align with client goals.
Maintaining a close rate of 20%.
Ensuring all prospects are properly moved in the sales pipeline and information is documented in client details, so client service staff has proper expectations.
Ensuring that sales stats are accurately reported daily by EOD.
Communicating all necessary information effectively to department management, leadership, and other TAL departments.
Ensuring all prospect and client interactions are properly documented by EOD.
Supporting our core values and culture of outstanding client service, collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

B2B consultative salesCRM experienceFinancial services backgroundProfessional communication

Required

2-3 years of B2B consultative sales experience
Adaptable to change
Strong business instincts and an ambition for continued professional growth
Professional communication skills across all areas: Phone, Zoom, E-mail, etc.
Self-directed and able to easily prioritize work in a remote environment
Exceptional time management skills
Open to learning new processes in sales
Open to rapid professional growth
Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Business Consultant Manager

Preferred

Previous background in financial services is a plus
Previous CRM experience is a plus
