Responsibilities
Track partner deliverables, deadlines and reporting metrics to ensure contract compliance
Coordinate sponsorship opportunities, including branding opportunities and other value-added initiatives for events
Continually assess brand and NCEA logo usage by outside stakeholders
Schedule and attend virtual stakeholder meetings
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and notes, track meeting takeaways
Manage production of NCEA partner Webinars - including coordinating, hosting, attendee feedback and follow-up
Create and maintain client databases and mail lists
Prepare sales materials, presentations and proposals tailored to specific audiences
Provide follow-up communication with prospective partners to nurture relationships and support closing deals
Collaborate with the Director of Philanthropy to implement engagement plans for business partners to support NCEA’s philanthropic initiatives
Develop and manage advertising opportunities across digital, print and event platforms
Monitor advertising metrics and prepare reports to measure ROI and campaign success
Ensure timely delivery of advertising assets from clients and partners
Review company trends and yearly spending with NCEA to establish funnel for growth into corporate partnerships
Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
Assist in identifying and cultivating potential exhibitors and advertisers
Prepare sales materials, presentations and proposals tailored to specific audiences
Provide follow-up communication with prospective advertisers and exhibitors to nurture relationships and support closing deals
In collaboration with the events team, plan and coordinate exhibit hall logistics for conventions, including booth assignments, floor plans and exhibitor communications
Work closely with vendors to ensure a seamless experience for exhibitors
Monitor exhibitor registration and provide support throughout the convention process
Analyze exhibitor feedback to improve future events

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, sales, or related field
2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a nonprofit or association setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building
Analytical skills to evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Team player who thrives in a collaborative and virtual environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
Preferred
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies
Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Google
