Responsibilities
Drive business revenue by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, expanding the company’s presence in existing and new markets, and enhancing the brand's visibility in the aviation sector.
Track new markets, analyse emerging trends, and recommend relevant products and services to maintain a competitive edge in the aviation industry.
Create compelling business proposals, strategic plans, and presentations aimed at meeting long-term business goals and growth objectives.
Build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring long-term partnerships that drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product offerings, particularly in response to emerging aviation trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.
Understand the global aviation market and competitive landscape, devising strategies to leverage international opportunities, particularly in airline programs for new aircraft and refurbishments.
Present marketing opportunities and assist in crafting effective marketing strategies aligned with aviation industry dynamics and customer needs.
Work closely with sales teams to achieve business goals, ensuring alignment in all sales and marketing efforts.
Tracking new markets and emerging trends , recommending new products and services, proposes and developing new strategic partnerships
Writing proposals and plans , and guiding long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements
Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
Deep understanding of global business and competitive landscape and adept in developing specific strategies to leverage market opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal skills toward building relationships with multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field, master degree in advantageous.
Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership and management skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen
