Responsibilities

Oversee and mentor the Business Development Representative team, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to generate high-quality leads and meet business targets.
Develop and execute top-down business development strategies that drive growth across existing and new market segments.
Partner with the marketing team to align go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and messaging, ensuring that business development efforts are supported by integrated marketing initiatives.
Establish and meet growth and revenue targets, focusing on new business acquisition, expanding relationships with existing customers, and driving increased market share.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with other healthcare technology companies, service providers, and industry stakeholders to enhance our competitive position.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions, and adjust the business development strategy to stay ahead in the evolving healthcare IT landscape.
Work closely with sales leadership and product management to provide market feedback, influence product roadmap, and ensure the business development strategy aligns with company goals.
Report on key business development metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue growth to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, sales, marketing or any other relevant field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development within the healthcare IT market
Ability to think strategically about market opportunities, challenges and partnerships
Strong collaboration skills, with proven track record of working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and product teams
Experience in establishing and growing strategic partnerships that drive business value
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales productivity focused technology tools

Preferred

Previous experience in management, business development, marketing and sales
