Responsibilities
Design and execute aggressive business development strategies focused on maximizing sales opportunities and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships. Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients and prospects, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs to drive tailored solutions and increase sales.
Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships that will enhance our service offerings and drive incremental sales growth.
Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals effectively and manage the transition of new clients to the implementation phase.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales initiatives and report progress to senior management.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on business strategies and initiatives.
Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders including executive leadership and industry peers.
Recruit, develop and manage a high performing outside sales team (future).

Required
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum five (7) years’ experience in the Merchant Services industry.
Minimum two (2) years sales leadership experience.
