Responsibilities
Lead the sales cycle coordinating all information, activities, and internal resources.
Develop and execute action plans that will lead to successful signing of new business contracts.

Utilize insight selling techniques to establish new relationships and generate revenue growth.
Prospect, identify, penetrate, and close on new business opportunities.
Utilize consultative sales approach and negotiation skills to meet challenges head-on.

Establish significant goals and be committed to constant improvement and learning.

Required
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience. A minimum of five years Transportation/Logistics sales experience required
Prospecting skills that deliver new business
Financial management and problem analysis skills
Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards
