Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice leaders, office staff, and key community stakeholders.

Lead market-level business development efforts, targeting key referral sources to drive patient access and provider engagement.

Evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities using performance metrics, feedback, and market insights.

Execute community-focused marketing initiatives, including referral campaigns, digital and in-person outreach, and participation in trade shows and conferences.

Serve as the face of Sol Mental Health, embodying our mission and values in all community interactions.

Recommend and implement improvements to marketing strategies and processes to optimize productivity and impact.

Lead meetings and outreach efforts with doctors, hospitals, and outpatient clinics, presenting clinical outcomes and value propositions.

Oversee and execute high-impact business initiatives in collaboration with the Market leaders, Chief Growth Officer, and departmental leaders.
