Responsibilities

Responsible for evangelizing the ECS strategy to identify new customers and business opportunities.
Working in concert with our sales organization to geometrically grow these relationships and seek new growth opportunities.
Develop with ECS Management a go-to-market program to target appropriate new customer candidates and articulate the ECS value proposition in a compelling manner.
Execute lead generation and getting the 'Voice of the Customer' into ECS.
Capable of technical and business level engagements, presentations, attending tradeshows and other industry events, etc.
Work collaboratively with other internal departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Solutions and Engineering to develop messaging specific to new customers which will be coherent to the voice of the customer and aide Sales’ effort closing the sale.
Gather market intelligence and advise on price structures/strategies per customer/market and engage with sales and executive management to address.
Stay up to date with industry knowledge, trends, and market developments, including attending sales/vendor training with a view to present valuable information to the customer/prospect base.
Maintain information about customers and prospects in company database tools.
Continual engagement pre/post sale with the customer to ensure relationship development and new opportunity identification.

Required

Bachelor's degree (B. A./B.S. or equivalent) from four-year College or university; and/or 3-5 or more years related experience and/or training.
Develop new ideas and strategies for identifying and winning potential new customers for the company.
Strong understanding of the industry and ability to effectively communicate its value and benefits to potential clients.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota as a BDR Executive.
Experience with relationships at major enterprise customers, including executive to engineering employees.
Uncovering & qualifying prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions.
Ability to create accurate and reliable forecasts.
Strong analytical thinking skills- understanding customer’s needs to make recommendations.
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills.
