Responsibilities
Client Identification: Identify and engage businesses seeking to improve profitability through operational efficiency and financial optimization.
Communicating Value: Present ExecHQ’s Profit Optimization solutions, highlighting measurable impacts such as cost savings, resource alignment, and margin improvement.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, creating trust and alignment around their business needs and our capabilities.
Collaboration on Proposals: Partner with Practice Leaders and executives to develop customized proposals that address specific client challenges.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales process, ensuring smooth transitions from lead generation to contract signing.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, client pain points, and emerging best practices in profit optimization to position ExecHQ effectively.

Required
Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a consulting or financial services environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively present solutions and engage with clients.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
Experience in developing customized proposals based on client needs.
Knowledge of market trends and best practices in profit optimization.
Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
Preferred
Experience working with executive teams or in a 1099 commission-based role.
Familiarity with operational efficiency and financial optimization strategies.
