Responsibilities
Proactively identify IT professionals on the bench or actively seeking opportunities in the U.S. market
Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach, leveraging LinkedIn and other industry-specific platforms.
Maintain an organised database of candidates and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize placement success.
Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to align lead generation strategies with client needs, driving optimal candidate matches.
Track and analyse outreach results, continuously refining strategies to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
