Responsibilities

Foster communication with partnered firms through founders and executive members, updating firms on the progress of TFS initiatives and establishing a connection between universities and the firm.

Attend monthly town hall meetings with the Expansion Director and all fellows to provide updates on campus initiatives, discuss strategies, and collaboratively address challenges.

Receive weekly expansion and outreach assignments to encourage the growth of the fellows network through onboarded fellows. Assignments include contacting potential fellows, communicating with university organizations to secure collaborations, and identifying growing founders.

Maximize engagement with The Founder Series through reposting content over prominent online platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Reposting must be done within 24 hours of the release of new content.

Facilitate virtual events, guest speaker panels, and other networking events through campus organizations involved in entrepreneurship, consulting, finance, and business.
